What was the highlight of Puri Santrian
I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Beautiful property and I was treated well.
The pool and grounds were kept clean. I loved all the plants and lush landscape. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was wonderful. I had a great stay, wish I could have enjoyed the hotel longer.
The pool hours only went until 8:00 pm and bikes were put away early for the night. It would have been nice if the times available were longer. Also more bikes are needed for such a large hotel. There were a few small flys in bathroom area. I also had several mosquitoes bites. Maybe have rooms sprayed and bug spray available in rooms for mosquitoes.

The staff was very friendly and that is about it!

The room they originally put me in smelled like mold and I asked to be moved, which they did immediately. However, the new room was not much better! The bed was extremely hard, and the bathroom was disgusting. I even wore flip flops in the shower, because it felt so dirty. The pool areas were very nice though!

What was the highlight of Puri Santrian
On the pricey side, but lovely hotel, location and staff.
Range of fruit, fresh omelettes, soursop juice and crispy bacon at breakfast. Free snorkelling gear available.
Breakfast is much cheaper if you just order what you want when you get there. Also I was charged for breakfast for two per day despite travelling alone- so even more expensive for me!
